AGA opened a new aquaculture R&D facility, Innovation Centre for Aquaculture and Water Treatment, in Ålesund, Norway in September 2012. With unique technology, solutions, innovative concepts and knowledge, AGA is a key supplier to the growing Fish farming market both locally and globally. Specifically, new applications and solutions will be researched and developed at the new Centre to ensure the future of sustainable aquaculture. Controlling the concentration of oxygen dissolved in water is essential for the welfare and growth of fish like salmon. Proper oxygenation of water is the key factor for modern aquaculture.
