Hygienic design
The primary goal of hygienic design is to improve food safety and minimize the risk of contamination. Therefore, our cryogenic equipment is easy to clean, and have minimized areas that can collect food particles and be home to moisture and harmful bacteria.
Our latest hygienic design, such as the new CRYOWAVE™ IQF freezer freezer (pictured), includes smooth aluminum surfaces that are slanted to allow quick drainage and maintain sanitary conditions. Our new cryogenic freezers also allow easy access to belts and other internal areas for cleaning and maintenance.
Food
Proper temperature control during food processing can add another important element of the protection of your installation against food-borne pathogens, including E. coli, salmonella and other bacteria. AGA highly efficient cryogenic freezing and cooling systems can provide real-controlled temperature for improved food quality and safety.
Safe installation
AGA's advanced refrigeration and cooling systems provides comprehensive security features. Our food team is also responsible for security training of operators at each new installation.
